About
CLT Marine (Coast Line Transfers, LLC) is a versatile marine services provider operating along the U.S. East Coast, with a focus on delivering safe, efficient, and locally driven logistics solutions. Founded in 2019 as a spin-off of Boston Line & Service (BLS)—a trusted marine service company established in 1933—CLT Marine builds on decades of experience in the Port of Boston and beyond. We combine that legacy with modern innovation to support a wide range of marine industries, from offshore construction and survey work to cargo transport, film production, and government operations.
While our roots in offshore wind are strong—marked by our role in the first crew transfer for the Vineyard Wind project in 2022—our services today extend well beyond that sector. We’ve completed thousands of successful personnel transfers, marine logistics missions, and survey support operations for major contractors, government agencies, and private clients across the marine industry.
CLT Marine’s strength lies in its adaptability and commitment to local execution. Whether retrofitting vessels for specialized scopes, supporting environmental surveys with UAVs, or providing critical port logistics, we offer practical, compliant solutions that align with project goals and regulatory standards. Our vessels are USCG-inspected, CMID-audited, and vetted by leading developers and contractors across the U.S., reflecting our commitment to operational excellence.
As we continue to grow our fleet and expand our onshore and offshore capabilities, CLT Marine remains dedicated to delivering high-quality service through strong partnerships, safety-first operations, and a deep understanding of the maritime landscape. From New England to the Mid-Atlantic, we are proud to serve as a trusted partner in marine logistics and support services.
